The conjunction Rahu + Venus
Rahu + Venus gives a strong desire for comfort and luxury, and also success in the field of Venus. Depending on the strength and the benevolence of Venus, a wide range of qualities may show themselves, from strong lust and uncontrolled desires to strong compassion and the ability to reconcile everyone.
If Venus is strong, this will give compassion and a love of people. In the horoscope of Jesus Christ, for instance, Venus with Rahu stands in the 3rd house in Scorpio — love for brothers and sisters.
Sigmund Freud had Rahu + Venus in the 7th house in Aries. «Sex is the basis of everything» — such was his philosophy.

Jesus Christ. The Lagna is Virgo. The Lagnesha Mercury and the Sun stand in the Arudha Lagna in the 4th, which gives popularity and renunciation (the Sun is the lord of the 12th). The conjunction of the Lagnesha Mercury with the lord of the house of Moksha (the Sun) in another house of Moksha (the 4th) also gives the attainment of liberation.
Rahu stands in its sign of debilitation, in Scorpio. This means that here Rahu is not materialistic but spiritual. It strengthens Venus in the 3rd. This gives a strong love for our lesser brethren. Ketu in the 9th — a born teacher. Rahu in the 3rd with the lord of the 9th, Venus, under an aspect of Jupiter — an outstanding preacher.
The lord of the 8th, Mars, stands in the 6th and shortens the length of life. The aspect of the lord of the 8th house, Mars, and of Saturn upon the Lagna gives an agonising death. But the aspect of the Moon (the lady of the 11th) and of Jupiter (the lord of the 4th) upon the Lagna gives a favourable outcome — resurrection.
There is a Kala-amrita yoga here, which points to his gentle, humble nature and to non-resistance to evil by force. «If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also.»

Sigmund Freud. The Lagna is Libra, and the Lagnesha Venus stands in the 7th house with Rahu (the atma-karaka) and the Sun (the lord of the 11th). All the attention is concentrated on the 7th house. Jupiter, the Moon and Mercury create a shubha-kartari
yoga for the 7th house, giving prosperity to this theme.
Six planets stand in the 6th, 7th and 8th houses. The whole of consciousness is concentrated in the sphere below the belt.
Venus-Rahu stand in D9 in Taurus in the 7th. Again the theme of sex as the occult, metaphysical foundation of life, since Rahu-Venus stand in the navamsha of Taurus, which falls in the 8th house in D1.

Elizabeth Taylor was a Hollywood actress. The Lagna is Scorpio. The atma-karaka is an exalted Venus with Rahu in the 5th house in Pisces (the house of the entertainment industry) — a star of Hollywood. She was married five times. Rahu, as a multiplier, in conjunction with the lord of the 7th house, Venus, gave many partners. The 3rd aspect of Saturn upon Venus with Rahu gives no stability in relationships.
In the Lagna stands the badhakesha Moon, but it is the dispositor of Jupiter and stands under its aspect. Jupiter — the lord of the 2nd and the 5th houses — gave wealth, creative success and world popularity.
In D9 Rahu is joined with the Moon, charging the mind with a multitude of material desires and making her very emotional. All the watery signs in D1 are occupied by planets. An emotional, creative personality.

Rahu + Venus
If Rahu is stronger than Venus, a perversion of close relationships takes place in the person's life. Most often the disturbances run in the sexual sphere. The very principle of understanding a close distance of communication is distorted. Expectations are as a rule not met, because they are too far removed from real life. The creative process is difficult and unsystematic.
Venus that is stronger than Rahu is transfigured and scaled up. Love and closeness become inexhaustible. The extraordinary charisma and magnetism of such a person will leave no one indifferent. A vivid example of this combination showed itself in the personality of Jesus Christ. He loved people so much that many centuries later that love still warms human hearts.
