This is, as it were, the 7th house, the house of sexual passions, but here Mercury gives everything through the intellect. For example, if Mars is in Libra, this gives an explosion of sexuality, and such people must not be monks. If they are monks after all, then they need to work hard in order to release this energy; they may have problems with the head, problems with the urogenital system. Commentary: The author said that when Mercury is placed in the sign of Libra, the results will chiefly be unfavourable. Such results can occur only when Buddha is under malefic influences. The Rashi Tula is a friendly Rashi for Buddha. If Mercury is under the influence of other benefic planets, then the person's thinking will be very deep, balanced and realistic. He can express his thoughts very clearly and authoritatively. His interest in art and music is very pure. Such a person can make a comparative analysis of any two subjects with remarkable success.
