However, Kuja dosha is in fact not formed if Mars occupies the following signs:

— the 12th house: Taurus and Libra;
— the 4th house: Aries and Scorpio;
— the 7th house: Capricorn and Cancer;
— the 8th house: Sagittarius and Pisces.
When it is in Aquarius and Leo, Mars never forms a Kuja dosha at all.
