We have already discussed this combination when speaking of the placement of the lords of the various houses in the 7th house (from the book of the Trivedis):

In the absence of afflictions this position neutralises all Putra, Mangala and Vishakanya doshas. The ruler of the seventh house — in the seventh
- Such a placement is called Svakshetra, and with it all the affairs of the 7th house prosper. This is good for the owner of the horoscope himself too (a strong planet aspects the Lagna). If it is a favourable planet, then the 7th house prospers.
- A beautiful, famous or gifted spouse, especially if the lord of the 7th house is a benefic planet. Such a marriage will be wonderful.
- If it is Mars or Saturn, for instance — this is not so favourable. Venus, as the karaka of the 7th house, weakens the house.
- If the lord of the 7th house is malefic, then there will be disagreements and perhaps even divorce.
- Any malefic planet in the 7th house, even being its lord, gives not very good results — the partner will be concentrated on himself.

If the lord of the 7th house in the 7th is strong:
- A harmonious placement. The person may marry early.
- The spouse is beautiful, healthy, charming. From a respected family.
- The native will be wealthy and will know how to communicate with others. He shows himself well in society.
- He may have his own business.
If the lord of the 7th house in the 7th is afflicted:
- The possibility of holding a wedding is weakened.
- The spouse may fall ill, or leave the person.
- Family life deteriorates. The native develops a feeling of loneliness, unhappiness and irritability.
