When the ruler of the 5th bhava occupies the 4th bhava, this means that the ruler of a Trikona is placed in a Kendra, which is a very favourable situation and will therefore bring favourable results.
With the Tula [Libra] Lagna the ruler of the 5th bhava, Shani [Saturn], will also be the ruler of the 4th bhava, therefore this combination will indicate a Raja Yoga [a “royal combination”]. The 4th house is the house of happiness, of the mother, of emotional comfort. The opportunity to realise oneself creatively occurs in a calm setting, often in a domestic atmosphere. This is not a noisy collective. Outside the home the person may be a strict, uncompromising businessman, but where the home and children are concerned he changes completely — only at home does his true creative Self manifest. Such a person turns the home into a creative place in itself (such people usually approach renovation, furnishing and so on very creatively).
