Jyotisha Siddhanta Sangraha

The Jyotisha Siddhanta Sangraha is a collection of siddhantic material — that part of jyotisha which speaks of computation rather than interpretation.

Siddhanta and jataka are different crafts in the Indian tradition: the first computes where a planet stands, the second says what that means. Our engine is occupied wholly with the first, so collections of this kind are closer to us than any treatise on fate.

One hundred and twenty-six pages, Devanagari, from the jyotisha collection on archive.org.

Details: 126 pages, 5.1 MB.
